Designing a bold, visual roadmap for the future of Swedish eggs.

Stjärnägg is Sweden’s largest egg supplier, built on a network of passionate producers and regional egg packing centers.

In 2023, they set out to become a driving force in the food system’s green transition—with a new sustainability strategy to guide the way.

The strategy was developed by Stjärnägg together with Mikaela Schain (Shine Sustainability Agency) and brought to life in design by Superworld.

Our mission: turn a robust strategy into a tool that informs, inspires, and accelerates change.

We created a bold, magazine-style format with clear structure, infographics, and storytelling—designed to make sustainability engaging across the entire value chain, from farm to store shelf.

The result is a strategy that’s a conversation starter. One that helps Stjärnägg lead the shift toward a more transparent, circular, and climate-smart egg industry.
